Galleria Borghese

the museum

It is Rome’s most impressive and richly curated art collection, originally assembled by Cardinal Scipione Borghese and expanded over the centuries by his family. This museum, located just a 10-minute stroll from the Spanish Steps in the heart of Villa Borghese park, offers the opportunity to admire paintings and sculptures by some of the greatest artists in art history, including Raphael, Titian, Caravaggio, and Bernini.

These masterpieces are showcased within the magnificent Borghese Palace, surrounded by spectacular frescoes, intricate stuccoes, and striking mosaics and sculptures that date back to Roman times.

Enrich your eyes and your soul with the mother of all art collections, guided by an expert Art Historian.
